ProX offers products across categories such as Drinkware, Leather Accessories, Lifestyle, Household, and Oral Care. Product availability, specifications, descriptions, and prices may change without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product details, colours, sizes, and images accurately. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or device differences.

If a product is unavailable, ProX may contact you to discuss an alternative or cancel the order. Pre-order or pre-booking delivery estimates, where applicable, will be provided on the relevant product page and may depend on the supplier or brand.

If an incorrect price or product detail is identified, ProX may contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order. Product prices and promotions may change without prior notice.

আমরা পণ্যের বিবরণ, রং, সাইজ ও ছবি যথাসম্ভব নির্ভুলভাবে উপস্থাপনের চেষ্টা করি। তবে ডিভাইসের স্ক্রিন, আলো বা ডিসপ্লে সেটিংসের কারণে বাস্তব পণ্যের রং বা চেহারায় সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।

কোনো পণ্য অনুপলব্ধ হলে ProX বিকল্প পণ্য সম্পর্কে আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে অথবা অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারে। প্রি-অর্ডার বা প্রি-বুকিংয়ের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারির সম্ভাব্য সময় সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্যের পেজে উল্লেখ করা হবে; এটি সরবরাহকারী বা ব্র্যান্ডের ওপর নির্ভর করতে পারে।

উপলব্ধ পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মধ্যে থাকতে পারে:

পণ্যের মূল্য বা বিবরণে ভুল পাওয়া গেলে ডেলিভারির আগে ProX আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করে সংশোধিত মূল্য অনুযায়ী অর্ডারটি চালিয়ে নেওয়া অথবা বাতিল করার সুযোগ দিতে পারে। পণ্যের মূল্য ও প্রচারণামূলক অফার পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address where required.

ProX reserves the right to review, refuse, limit, or cancel an order where necessary, including cases involving suspected fraudulent activity, duplicate orders, unusual quantities, incorrect information, stock shortages, or product quality concerns. We may contact you using the details provided with your order to verify information or confirm the order.

Order confirmation does not guarantee that every item will remain available until dispatch. If an order cannot be fulfilled, ProX will inform you and explain the available next steps.

Discounts, promotional codes, and special offers are subject to their stated terms, eligibility, and validity periods. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be duplicated through multiple accounts or combined with other offers. ProX may modify or withdraw promotions in accordance with applicable law.

If a discount, coupon, or promotional benefit has already been applied to an order, its treatment during a return, exchange, or cancellation will be subject to the applicable offer terms and ProX's published policies.

অর্ডার করার সময় আপনাকে আপনার নাম, ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা, ফোন নম্বর এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ইমেইলসহ সঠিক, সম্পূর্ণ ও হালনাগাদ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।

প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ProX কোনো অর্ডার যাচাই, প্রত্যাখ্যান, সীমিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে। এর মধ্যে সন্দেহজনক লেনদেন, একই অর্ডারের পুনরাবৃত্তি, অস্বাভাবিক পরিমাণে পণ্য অর্ডার, ভুল তথ্য, স্টক সংকট অথবা পণ্যের মানসংক্রান্ত সমস্যা অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে। অর্ডার যাচাই বা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য প্রদত্ত যোগাযোগের তথ্য ব্যবহার করে আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা হতে পারে।

অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার অর্থ এই নয় যে ডেলিভারির আগ পর্যন্ত প্রতিটি পণ্য অবশ্যই মজুত থাকবে। কোনো অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করা সম্ভব না হলে ProX আপনাকে জানাবে এবং পরবর্তী করণীয় সম্পর্কে অবহিত করবে।

ডিসকাউন্ট, প্রোমো কোড ও বিশেষ অফার সংশ্লিষ্ট শর্ত, যোগ্যতা ও মেয়াদের অধীন। আলাদাভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকলে একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার করে একই অফার বারবার গ্রহণ করা বা একাধিক অফার একত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। প্রযোজ্য আইন মেনে ProX অফার পরিবর্তন বা প্রত্যাহার করতে পারে।

অর্ডারে ব্যবহৃত ডিসকাউন্ট, কুপন বা প্রচারণামূলক সুবিধার ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ বা অর্ডার বাতিলের নিয়ম সংশ্লিষ্ট অফারের শর্ত এবং ProX-এর প্রকাশিত নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।

ProX may use third-party courier and delivery partners, including Pathao, CarryBee, Steadfast, and RedX, to deliver orders. Delivery times and charges may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, courier operations, and other relevant circumstances.

To fulfil your order, necessary information—such as your name, phone number, delivery address, and order details—may be shared with the relevant courier or service provider.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and reachable phone number and complete delivery address. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, operational disruptions, incorrect contact information, or circumstances outside ProX's reasonable control.

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are subject to ProX's applicable Return & Exchange Policy and the conditions stated there. Please review that policy before placing an order. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

ProX may also provide links to third-party websites or services. These services are operated independently, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

অর্ডার ডেলিভারির জন্য ProX Pathao, CarryBee, Steadfast এবং RedX-সহ তৃতীয় পক্ষের কুরিয়ার ও ডেলিভারি সেবা ব্যবহার করতে পারে। ডেলিভারির সময় ও চার্জ ডেলিভারি এলাকা, পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা, কুরিয়ারের কার্যক্রম এবং অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিস্থিতির ওপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

অর্ডার ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করার প্রয়োজনে আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা এবং অর্ডারের বিবরণ সংশ্লিষ্ট কুরিয়ার বা সেবা প্রদানকারীর সঙ্গে শেয়ার করা হতে পারে।

গ্রাহককে সঠিক ও সচল ফোন নম্বর এবং সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা প্রদান করতে হবে। আবহাওয়া, যানজট, কার্যক্রমে বিঘ্ন, ভুল যোগাযোগের তথ্য অথবা ProX-এর যুক্তিসংগত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

পণ্য রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ও রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ProX-এর প্রযোজ্য Return & Exchange Policy এবং সেখানে উল্লেখিত শর্তাবলি অনুসরণ করা হবে। অর্ডার করার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে সংশ্লিষ্ট নীতিমালা পড়ে নিন। আইন অনুযায়ী গ্রাহকের যে অধিকার বাদ দেওয়া যায় না, এই শর্তাবলির মাধ্যমে তা বাতিল করা হবে না।

You agree to use the ProX website lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

1. Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
2. Violate applicable laws or another party's intellectual property rights.
3. Upload or distribute viruses, malicious code, or harmful material.
4. Attempt to disrupt website security, functionality, or normal operation.
5. Collect other users' personal information without authorization.
6. Use the website for spam, phishing, scraping, or other unauthorized activities.
7. Submit false information or place orders for fraudulent purposes.

ওয়েবসাইটের লেখা, পণ্যের বিবরণ, গ্রাফিক্স, লোগো এবং অন্যান্য উপাদান ProX-এর মালিকানাধীন অথবা প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে অনুমতিপ্রাপ্ত। আইনসম্মতভাবে অনুমোদিত ক্ষেত্র ছাড়া লিখিত অনুমতি ব্যতীত এসব উপাদান পুনরুৎপাদন, বিতরণ, পরিবর্তন, বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার বা পুনর্ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

ওয়েবসাইট সচল ও তথ্য নির্ভুল রাখার জন্য ProX যুক্তিসংগত প্রচেষ্টা চালায়। তবে সবসময় নিরবচ্ছিন্ন, ত্রুটিমুক্ত বা সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপদ কার্যক্রমের নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া হয় না। প্রযোজ্য আইন যতটুকু অনুমতি দেয়, সে সীমার মধ্যে ওয়েবসাইটে বিঘ্ন, তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা অথবা ProX-এর যুক্তিসংগত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা পরিস্থিতির কারণে সৃষ্ট পরোক্ষ বা আনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতির দায় ProX বহন করবে না।
